Personal Data

From 25th May 2018 the new General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) come into force. This will have an immediate effect on the way in which we contact our members. A key principle of these regulations is that the data an organisation holds on you is accurate; so it is very important that the Ramblers' central database is the authoritative record of members' details.

Taff Ely Ramblers use the information from this database to email details of walks, events etc to our members. As this database contains your contact preferences it is important that you inform Ramblers if you wish to continue receiving information from us by these methods.

The easiest way for members to update their information is by logging into their account on the Ramblers' website and changing their details in the "My Account". If they do not have an account then one can be created. In either case follow the link given below.
